Cancellation & Refund Policy
MEHAKPREET SINGH believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., are not accepted. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer proves that the delivered product was of poor quality.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. The request will be processed only after verification by the merchant.
- If the received product does not match the description on our site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For products that include a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or claims.
- If a refund is approved by MEHAKPREET SINGH, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
